Q. Where do you provide service to....
A. Our delivery area is from Pensacola Beach to Panama City Beach (Pensacola Beach, Navarre Beach, Fort Walton Beach, Okaloosa Island, Destin, Sandestin®, 30A / South Walton, Panama City Beach). Roughly 60 miles of beautiful sandy white beaches.
Q. What is the charge for delivery/pick-up....
A. FREE always has been, always will be!!!
A. YES!!! we offer all military, Police, Firefighters, EMS, and teachers a 10% discount. Please let us know at time of ordering.
A. Most items are replaced every other year, some more often. This insures you get the newest and safest items for you and your family. WE ARE THE ONLY COMPANY THAT CAN SAY THIS!!!!!
Q. Why don’t you take payment over the Internet....
A. Simple, I don’t trust the Internet with my credit card information. Plus if you have questions you get immediate answers speaking with me...the owner!!!
Q. Do I need to bring my crib linens....
A. YES!!! We do not provide linens for the crib or rollaway bed. Your rental company should provide a set of sheets/pillow/blanket for the rollaway bed*(twin size).
Q. How do you know where I am staying....
A. I need the name of the rental company,reservation number/dates, and the name of the property/condo you are staying.
Q. What if I am renting VRBO....
A. Just like above but include a phone number or your contact person.
Q. When will my item be delivered and do I need to be there....
A. 99% of the time we get access to your condo/house before you check in. We are a trusted business and all rental agencies will provide us a key/code to access your unit.
Q. I ordered something and its not there....
A. Don’t panic! Please call us immediately. We try to have all deliveries done by 5pm but sometimes traffic can come to a stand still for awhile, thus making us late. Just remain calm and call us, we will get to you I PROMISE. Our business phone number is my cell phone and stays on 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Q. How soon should I make reservations....
A. NOW! We will make over 200 deliveries every week in the summer and we do run out of inventory from time to time.
Q. What if I need to cancel....
A. No problem. We will immediately refund ALL of your money the same way you paid us.
Q. My vacation has special or unique needs....
A. GREAT we love a challenge!!! Seriously, if you need to make special arraignments about delivery or a pick up just let us know. If we can deliver a crib for country music stars Faith Hill and Tim McGraw I feel we can accommodate you as well.
Q. How do you know where the crib goes...
A. We have rented thousands of cribs and this is the number one question. Our cribs fold for portability thus making them about 8-10 inches wide. You can put them anywhere and set them up in less than 10 seconds. NO TOOLS REQUIRED!!! If fact they are so easy we have sold numerous of them in the past. Yes they are full size, 27x52in.
Q. Do your cribs have a drop side....
A. NO.
Q. What type of payment do you take....
A. We prefer checks but we accept visa and master card for credit or debit. Sorry we do not accept discover or American express.
Q. What if I am unhappy with the service or items....
A. No problem I will refund your money and retrieve the item. We cant be everything to everyone but we work hard on being that everything for everyone. Seriously, I cant help if it rains, jellyfish or seaweed, or even a cranky baby, but we can provide you with nice safe and clean rental items.
A. Yes. We have 2 licenses that are required to do business in Florida. Most resorts require us to carry liability insurance for an accident. I can say that while having over 25 years experience in this industry I have NEVER had an accident involving any baby/juvenile rental items. I think its because we believe in rotating our inventory more so than any other company. If you would like a copy of any and all insurance or licenses just let me know and I will fax it to you.
